General Description

DCVG stands for Direct Current Voltage Gradient and is a survey technique used for assessing the effectiveness of corrosion protection on buried steel structures. In particular, oil and natural gas pipelines are routinely monitored using this technique to help locate coating faults and highlight deficiencies in their cathodic protection (CP) strategies. PDR( Portable DC Rectifier) is air cooled cathodic protection test rectifier, is a portable cathodic protection power supply used for a variety of CP field test scenarios. Provided with a 30 volt, 10 amp maximum DC output, and solid state variable interrupter, the PDR is capable of providing a wide range of portable DC power.
